i - smoulder features a unique, angled, twist-up eyeliner at one end for a thick, sexy line and a matching cream eye shadow with sponge applicator at the other end for a professional smoky eye finish.

Directions For Use

Run the eyeliner underneath the eye, inside the lash line, then blink hard to transfer the colour up to the top lashes. Repeat this a couple of times to build up the colour. To finish, use the cream eye shadow along the top lash line and blend upwards. To pick up a little more shadow, dip the sponge into the cap and twist.
