Description  
This liquid eyeliner has a capillary system brush which allows exactly the right amount of eyeliner to flow through the brush and be applied to the eye. With a retractable kohl pencil at the other end, applying eyeliner has never been easier.

Directions For Use

Using the flat edge of the brush, draw from the inside corner of the upper lash line to the outside corner, lifting slightly at the end to create a flick. Finish by running the pencil end inside the lower lashes.
