Olive oil, rich in antioxidant and vitamins A, E and D has been infused with an uplifting orange scent to create this highly nourishing natural soap. Skin is left looking healthy and feeling ultra-soft while helping to provide protection against skin blemishes and free radicals.
The name of the soap"Gorgo" is inspired by the illustration of a winged gorgon that adorned the frieze of the Temple of Athena in Syracuse. Ciatu's natural solid soaps are made using the old traditional saponification method, a hot process using olive oil and sodium hydroxide inside a big pot to cook the soap. When the chemical reaction is complete the soap floats to the surface before being poured into the molds and left to mature for forty days.
